Helpful information to include
- The email connected to your Speech Visuals account
- Whether you are using the website or iOS app
- Your iOS app build number, when applicable
- A clear description of the issue
- A screenshot that does not expose passwords or private payment details
Apple controls charges, renewals, cancellations, and refund decisions
for subscriptions purchased through the iOS app. Deleting the app or
your Speech Visuals account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
Account deletion
Sign in and open Account Settings to initiate deletion. We may verify account ownership before completing an email-based request.
Never email your password, full payment-card number, or Apple Account password.
